Sub prime crisis of USA

USA can open the doors for people from India. Anyone who owns 100,000 dollars or more and would like to own a house in USA should be allowed to come to US, purchase a house by putting 50% money upfront and equal amount as loan. In return, such a person and his family be allowed special Visa to live in the house for six months in a year. I estimate at least 50,000 persons from India would buy these houses. If similarly people from other countries also are attracted, US sub prime problem will be over within a year. In addition, these people when they stay in America, they will spend money. It will mean additional income for US economy.
